Power Savings is a brand of Momentum Solar. This website is operated by Momentum Solar ("Power Savings", "we", "us"), and Momentum Solar's team is who contacts you about your savings review. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you check whether your home qualifies, you may give us:

• Your first and last name, mobile phone number and home address.
• Your approximate monthly electric bill and your electric company.
• Whether you own your home and your self-reported credit score range. We do not run a credit check on this website.

If you book an appointment, our scheduling provider also collects the details you enter there.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, buttons tapped, how you move through the questions, and the ad or link that brought you here.
• Session recordings of your visit, which show how you interact with the page. What you type into the form (such as your name, phone number and address) is masked in our analytics recordings.
• A record of your consent: when you submit the form, we keep the consent text you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser details. We also use TrustedForm, a service by ActiveProspect, which records your visit to create an independent certificate that documents your consent.

We may check that your phone number is valid and whether it is a mobile or landline number using a phone-verification service, and we use Google's address service to suggest and complete your address as you type.

Calls and text messages

By tapping the button that submits the form, you agree that Power Savings (Momentum Solar) may call and text you at the number you provided about solar, including by autodialer and prerecorded message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Calls and texts come from Momentum Solar, the company behind Power Savings.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time by telling us on a call or contacting us using the details below.

We do not share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that run this website and our business for us: website hosting (Vercel), our customer management, scheduling and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), analytics and session recording (PostHog), consent verification (TrustedForm by ActiveProspect), address suggestions (Google), phone number verification (Twilio) and email delivery (Resend).
• Advertising partners: we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API to measure which ads lead to inquiries. Meta may combine this with other information it has about you, under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other solar companies or lead buyers. Your information stays with Momentum Solar and the service providers listed above that work on our behalf.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep the page working, to remember which version of a page you saw, for analytics and session recordings (PostHog), for consent records (TrustedForm), and for advertising measurement (Meta).

How long we keep information
